No refunds will be provided for wrong entry of delivery address once the order has been confirmed and shipped.
If we decided not to print any more copies after you have placed your order, payments for the postcards and shipping will be fully refunded, excluding the platform fees which is subject to the policy of the platform.
We will check the condition of the postcards to ensure its quality before shipping out. In the unfortunate event that the postcard is damaged during shipment, return and refund or replacement can be offered on a case-by-case basis. Buyer must provide evidence of damage to the packaging and product while requesting for refund or return. Buyer need to pay for the return shipping. Only the price of the postcard can be refunded as the shipping fees have incurred.
