Thank you for your interest in purchasing our inspiration cards. Before you make your purchase, please read our refund policy outlined below.

No refunds will be provided for wrong entry of delivery address once the order has been confirmed and shipped.

If we decided not to print any more copies after you have placed your order, payments for the card and shipping will be fully refunded, excluding the platform fees which is subject to the policy of the platform.

We will check the condition of the card to ensure its quality before shipping out. In the unfortunate event that the card is damaged during shipment, return and refund or replacement can be offered on a case-by-case basis. Buyer must provide evidence of damage to the packaging and product while requesting for refund or return. Buyer need to pay for the return shipping. Only the price of the card can be refunded as the shipping fees have incurred.
